Gusto Italian was founded in 2005 by Jeremy Roberts and the late Tim Bacon, from Living Ventures Group.
The first Gusto Italian restaurants opened, with a vision to bring our love of Italy to the UK.
Our mission to bring the Gusto experience across the UK. We opened our Manchester restaurant in 2014 followed by Birmingham in 2016.
We continued to grow the Gusto Italian brand, ensuring delicious food and incredible hospitality was at the heart of everything we do. Our first restaurant in south England opened in Oxford in 2022.
Acquired by Cherry Equity Partners in 2025, we continue to do what we’ve done since day one: share our passion and knowledge of delicious Italian cuisine.
